Hi, I’m Sarah, a 23-year-old Certified Personal Trainer and proud California State University, Sacramento alum. I am passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and healthy.

I recently joined Anytime Fitness, and I’m excited to help others fall in love with fitness in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking to level up your routine, I’m here to motivate you, challenge you, and help make working out something you actually enjoy.
